1. Scope and acceptance

This policy applies to user content on Battle Gate. In the currently offered Art Of Jigsaw co-op mode, that includes room titles, participant display names, and shared photos. Acceptance is checked before creating or joining a room and again before sharing a photo with the server. Future games will disclose their content and processing in separate sections.

2. Content you may share

Use only images and text you created or have permission to share. Do not share another person’s private information or photos without permission. Invite codes allow others to join, so check who can see a shared photo or room title.

3. Prohibited content and behavior

Child sexual abuse or exploitation, sexually explicit images or pornography, illegal content, threats, harassment, hate or incitement to violence, exposing private information, copyright infringement, impersonation, fraud, and abuse of reporting are prohibited. The same rules apply in private invite-only rooms. We do not encourage or permit such content.

4. In-app reports and blocking

Use Report or block in the co-op room header to select another participant and a reason to report room content or a user. Details are optional and limited to 500 characters. Do not include passwords or authentication tokens. Duplicate reports for the same room, user, and reason share one receipt, and up to ten reports may be submitted per day. Other participants cannot see reports.

5. Blocking and unblocking

Confirming Block and leave room removes you from the current room and prevents you from joining a room with that user. The blocked user also cannot newly join rooms you own or currently participate in. You can remove your own blocks under Blocked users on the account page. Up to 100 blocks can be stored. Blocking is separate from reporting and does not automatically suspend the other person’s entire account.

6. Operator review and action

The operator can review the private report queue and dismiss a report, close an offending room and remove its shared photo, or restrict the reported user’s game access. A report does not trigger automatic suspension. We do not claim to provide automatic image classification or pre-screening. Account pages and deletion requests remain available during a game restriction. Contact [email protected] about a decision or appeal. We do not guarantee a specific review completion time.

7. Information and retention

We store policy version and acceptance time, blocked account identifiers, reporter and target account identifiers, game and room identifiers, reason, details, receipt time, and review status. We do not create or retain a separate photo copy for reports. Existing room and photo expiry and deletion rules still apply, so original content may no longer be available after room cleanup. Report records are periodically removed using a 30-day retention threshold. Account deletion removes acceptance and block records; blocks can also be removed directly. Reports involving the deleted account as reporter or target are removed. A hashed account identifier and restriction expiry may remain after account deletion to prevent repeat violations; a restriction applies for up to 30 days from issue and records are periodically cleared. See the Privacy Policy for other account, shared photo, and backup processing.
